As per the previous incarnation of this fan club, it was agreed that we shouldn't talk about their personal lives. Personal lives should be just that . . . personal. So, a true FAN should appreciate the music, and yes, we all love them. But respect their privacy and dignity and leave the non-profesional apects of their lives alone.
It's just the nice thing to do.

I know none of them are married, but I was unaware that Chris is engaged. Are you sure? I don't know why that strikes me as odd. Well, I do. However, I hate to speculate about Chris' personal life, so I won't elaborate.

Yes, it is true that chris is engaged. As this was pretty important, I have already checked with them to see if it was reasonable to have this discussion up here.- [with our current privacy policy, there is no talk about their private lives]

Here is the deal.
Chris is ok with people knowing about it. He's of course very happy and proud about the whole thing.

However, since Chris and Jess appreciate and value their privacy, we would ask the discussion and speculation be kept to a courteous and respectful level.

You know what? You're all very correct, I shouldn't have said anything, my appologies. I had the pleasure of talking to Jesse for 2 hours or so at Wintergrass and got to know her pretty well, a very nice person. In the future I won't bring up anything so personal, again, my appologies.
