Did anyone else see the new Discover card commercial for the new weird shaped card and notice a familiar shirt? One of the guys in the commercial is wearing a shirt that says Ameoba music (sp?) that is exactly like the one that Sean was wearing on MWL the last time they were on.

If you have, good for you, you are one observant creekster.:) Also, if you have, good for me; I'm not alone and won't feel so crazy. :)

If you haven't but you saw the MWL show and remember what he was wearing, watch for the commercial. If you haven't and you don't remember what he was wearing but you taped the show, watch it again, then watch for the commercial. Otherwise, I can't help you much.

If you think this post was weird and too long for what I am talking about, I do too. Now I will stop. I am sleepy and hungry and need some food and a nap. Sorry. :o (yawning)

Too bad I don't have a tv to notice little stuff like that! ;) Creekster_anna, you are definitely a dedicated fan.

:) Thanks guys, I feel better now. But, shygirl32 brought up a good question. Does anyone know what the deal is with the shirt? I think it says Amoeba music so I was guessing maybe it is a record company of some kind, maybe an indie one like Shugar Hill. [think]

Thanks for finding that! I just checked out the site and it seems really cool. If I ever go all the way to Cali, I think I'll have to check it out.:)

Hmm, I guess that may explain how Sean and Sara get some of those hard to find CDs they mention in journals and stuff.

Amoeba is a totally great HUGE, independent, new and used record store in LA (as someone already pointed out) Nickel Creek performed and did a signing there the day the new album came out...if you are ever in the LA area I'd definitely reccommend checking it out, you can find ANYTHING there. (I shouldn't be saying that, I work for a competing record store down the same street, but I love it anyway!) I shop there regularly and hadn't noticed either one until you pointed it out Anna :)
