Hi everyone. I'm a new member and am going to the Greenville, OH show. Anyone out there going? I'm interested if anyone has a recommendation on a Hotel to stay at the night of the concert, and any fun afterwards. I'm from Akron, OH.

I might go because my mom lives in Indiana near the Border of Ohio and I think it is only a couple hours away, but I'm not sure because my prom is two days later and we have to be at school the day before and I live in ga so it would be hard for me to go. I'm not sure if I'm going to prom yet though :) So hopefully I'll get to see ya there! (is it sold out yet do you know?)

HAHAHA good point Matt. However there is someone special in my life right now :) BUT I he doesn't really want to go to prom hehe. So I'll probably be in luck! I just have to get my mom to get tickets. And no I have not seen them live before. You know how I had all that bad luck with their concerts matt? Well, I've had even more bad luck since! :( Let me see, I have either missed, not been able to go to, been to young or too far away for 5 or 6 concerts now. (I have THE worst luck!) [bang]

Not much there in Greenville, man. I grew up around there (1 county south), and it's pretty small town. I'd stick to the national chains on motels if i were you.:)

I'm driving about 90 minutes and coming home that night. Wish me luck! I got tickets in 10th row.

Thanks Ben, that's kind of what I figured. I'll probably choose the Holiday Inn Express. I'm not sure where my tickets are, a friend arranged the tickets and I'm arranging the hotel.

Enjoy the show.

My daughter and I are both fledgling Mandolin players. We have tickets to Greenville. Second Row! My daughter (12) will pass out when Chris comes on stage and we will spend the rest of the evening in the ER! She about fainted today because she went to check her e-mail and Sara had actually e-mailed her back!!!!! [eeek!!!!] We rushed out and bought a frame for the e-mail! It's a Lighthouse frame, no less.
If anyone wants to e-mail me, I have a list of 8 Greenville hotels and B&B's. My Mom is coming with us to stay with my younger son in the hotel, so if anyone wants to get together afterwards, let me know.

Hey Jen, and anyone else going to Greenville Oh show on April 25th. I don't know if there is anywhere in Greenville to have fun after the show, or if everyone will just show up there by defualt, but anyhow, is anyone interested in setting a meeting time and place? Discuss the show, have a few tasties, start our own concert? Everyone bring your instruments?

I'm sooooo looking forward to the show.

I'd love to stick around after the show, but I have to drive home and then get up and teach the next morning (band director). I'm not even close to a bluegrass player and not very good at improvising. I'm a good music reader and play all the woodwinds and brass...and some percussion. I'm very envious of all you types that write songs and improvise...it's something that just doesn't come naturally to me. Makes me even more awestruck by folks like Chris, Sara, and Sean.

Any other band geeks out there?
