I was thinking...we should have an actual chat room for all of us...i mean the boards are great but I think all of us in a chat room together would be hella funny. I might be totally living in the dark and there already IS one out there...I've had too many choc covered oreos and these are the things that run around my mind @ 2 am & amped on sugar :D

We've already thought of it and looked into it... we'll probably add that feature sometime within the next several months. Not sure if it will be constant or only at certain scheduled times, but it's definitely pretty high on the to do list...

On another forum I use there's a pre-designated time every week (ie you know there's actually gonna be folks there) and everyone just chats for a while. So you could say it's 7pm on Sunday or whatever (2pm USA) and synchronise that!

uhm...this might just be me cause I have a pop-up blocker thing (but i've tried overriding that...) but how do you actually get into that chatroom? The link ain't working for me (the one on the page, where the picture ain't loading) !

its a java applet i am pretty sure. but it does pop-up a chat room so thats why you peollyl aren't gettin it since you have the pop-up blocker on. but it works for me and i used the link that i put in the other message :-) try it again and let me know ok!!

i don't mind you posting about your page. i never got yelled at for the stupid nc quips i had going so...why should someone mentioning their page be any different. just more nc stuff right? right. and if someone doesn't like it....and know its there..they don't have to read...anywho..

i could honestly care less how many people go to my site. i know its there and thats all that matters really. i made that site for the FANS anyways. and i just answered a question saying that i do have a chat and its open to everyone. and tai had a question so i answered it. i don't have to post about my site the url is in the sig, there are some new people that have questions and i just tell them where they can find answers and if it's on my site so be it. its just where some of the things can be found. and i have made posts here asking people to contribute there own nickel creek stuff so it can be shared by other fans. and honestly i don't see anything wrong with that. and so you know i made that chat room after talking to holly, she wanted me to do something so i did. and i just wanted to make sure that the fans knew about it. sorry if you think i was soooo wrong in posting that. i just personally don't think i did any harm to anyone.

I'm glad you told us about the chatroom on your site, nitejule. I think that's great. I'd like to have scheduled chats on there some time. I haven't been able to get on the message board here lately because I've been swamped at work, so I feel I've been missing out on a lot. When I logged in today, there were 140 new posts! Anyway, I appreciate the info about the chatroom as well as the possibility for some Nickel Creek chats!
